1. The van is for churches in our association to use for church events. Personal use is not accepted.
2.Any church can use the van on a first come first serve bases. The association will keep a calendar.
3.The daily rate for using the van is $25. If the van is picked up on Thursday for a trip starting on Saturday we will charge from Saturday until the van is returned.
4.A copy of the driver’s license of the drivers is due in the office at least a week prior to day of pick up.
5.Drivers cannot have a history of seizures or excessive accidents.
6.If you are going to tow a trailer with the van it is necessary for the driver(s) to watch a DVD prior to checking out the van.
7.If the van is going to Mexico or Canada it is up to the church to get the proper paperwork and additional insurance if needed.
8.The van has a mileage chart to be filled out by the driver indicating the starting mileage and ending mileage.
9.Any repairs needed or problems that arise should be noted on the mileage chart and reported to the office upon return.
10.The church who uses it must bring the van back vacuumed out, washed if needed, and filled with fuel. A cleaning fee of $50 and/or the cost of filling the tank will be charged if this is not completed before returned.
11.Any ticket for a traffic violation is the responsibility of the driver. Excessive speed will be a forfeit of van usage.
12.All accidents or scrapes or a hit and run are to be reported as soon as the van is returned to the association.
13.The association will take care of maintenance on the van.
